Private Sessions:

For beginners, one-on-one, customized sessions are a great way to start your practice if you are hesitant to drop into a group class. For experienced yogis, private yoga sessions will allow you take your practice to the next level. In a one-on-one setting, you will be able to ask questions and focus on postures that may otherwise feel blocked for you. In addition I can help you work with and through injures that are chronic or acute. 

My private yoga classes are customized to your needs. The goal is to create a personalized practice that serves your time on your mat in the best way possible. Whatever your level, I can offer techniques and motivation to expand your practice to allow you to make the breakthroughs you have been seeking.
