Run Coaching
I started running in my late twenties. At that time, I was overweight, had poor health habits, and pretty low self-esteem. One day I realized I needed a change, and running didn’t require any fancy equipment or classes or gym memberships. When I started running, my only goal was to finish a 5k without stopping. Since that goal, I have completed over a half-a-dozen Triathlons (including a Half-Ironman), 5 Marathons, and one Ultra-marathon.
The best tool I have found for getting to the finish line isn’t a new supplement or expensive shoes: it’s training with other people. A group will keep you accountable and motivated to meet your goals. For this reason, I offer (and recommend) small group run coaching. I am also available individually to help you train for your first, or next race. As a runner and a yogi I understand the importance of stretching, cross training, and recovery, especially for endurance runs. With my experience, I can tailor a program to help you meet your race goals, and recover faster.
